The following terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases from Emporium Hotel Management Pty Ltd trading as The Reserve Cellars.
The Reserve Cellars does not sell to persons under the age of 18, as it is illegal to do so. If you do not confirm or are unable to confirm that you are 18 years or over, your order will not be processed. When placing an order on our website, you confirm that all the details that you have provided in completing the order and offer to purchase the liquor are true and correct.
All refunds and returns are subject to the discretion of The Reserve Cellars. All refunds and returns require the refund & return form to be completed and returned via email to [email protected]
In the unlikely event that the goods received are faulty or defective, contact The Reserve Cellars within 3 days of delivery.
If the wine is TCA affected (corked) or has oxidized, we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase. However, we required three quarters (¾) of the bottle or more to be returned to The Reserve Cellars. Please ensure the following:

You are welcome to collect your order at our concierge services located at Emporium Hotel South Bank 267 Grey Street, South Bank, Queensland 4101.
Collection is available from 7am till 9pm 7 days a week. All orders require 24 hours’ notice for click and collect.
Where a product is in stock, dispatch will be within the next 2-3 business days. Please allow up to ten business days for delivery within Australia. Most deliveries will be received sooner than this. If you believe your order is missing or overdue, please follow the tracking instructions as per your order confirmation email or contact us at [email protected]
When you are a member of the concierge club, all orders over $200 will be complimentary delivery. Orders that are not eligible for free delivery, shipping costs will be determined on checkout with your postcode.
Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions, and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the Total Cost once you have completed your shipping information.
