When is The Reserve Wine Bar open?

Sunday to Tuesday from 10:30am - 9pm

Wednesday to Thursday from 10:30am - 10:30pm

Friday to Saturday 10:30am - Late

Where are you located?

Our Reserve Cellar Wine Bar is located on the Ground Floor of Emporium Hotel South Bank - 267 Grey Street, South Brisbane, QLD, 4101.

Can I come in and purchase wines?

We currently offer customers direct purchases from our Reserve Wine Bar from our hand-crafted retail selection.

How often are your complimentary tastings?

Join us every Saturday afternoon from 2-4pm for our complimentary wine tastings - no prior bookings necessary!

What wines do you showcase in your Enomatic?

Our Enomatic showcase allows you to discover some of our unique, exclusive, vintage, museum and rare wine producers and even explore magnums!

Shipping FAQs

How do I get complimentary shipping?

Concierge Club Members receive free shipping Australia wide on orders over $200.

What is ‘standard’ shipping?

Standard shipping via Australia Post is for Australian addresses only, including P.O. Boxes. Dispatch takes 2-3 business days. Recipients over 18 must present valid ID upon delivery. Orders are not dispatched during extreme weather, which may cause delays.

What is ‘premium’ shipping?

Premium shipping by Anonymous Wine Freight is available to select Australian regions only, with temperature-controlled vehicles ensuring retained wine quality. Recipients must be present with valid ID for delivery, with liability coverage up to $1,000. No PO Box deliveries.

Do you offer International Shipping?

We do offer global wine shipping. Whether you're in Europe, Asia, the Americas or beyond, enjoy our high-quality wines.

Pick-up FAQs

How does the pick-up option work?

Collection is available from 7am - 9pm, 7 days a week. All orders require one business days notice for click and collect. Orders placed on the weekend, will be available to collect Monday at the earliest.

Where do I pick-up wines?

You are welcome to collect your order at the hotel concierge services located at Emporium Hotel South Bank.

What is the difference between 'Premium' and 'General' Event Tickets?

Select Reserve Cellar events offer a ‘premium’ option which will gain you access to try premium, rare and/or exclusive wines.

Where or how is the wine stored?

Our wines are meticulously stored in our on-site cellars, ensuring optimal temperatures for their preservation and quality.

What temperature are you wines stored at?

The Reserve Cellar takes cellaring very seriously. It’s an artform that has been mastered over decades of personal and commercial wine collecting.

What happens if the wines are corked?

Following strict terms and conditions; we are happy to replace or credit the amount of the purchase.

What are the benefits of the Concierge Club?

Concierge Club members access exclusive and rare wines at member prices, personalised sommelier guidance, priority releases, and exclusive events—all without joining fees.

Do you buy second-hand wines?

At The Reserve Cellar, we exclusively source wines directly from reputable wineries and suppliers, guaranteeing their pristine condition and safety for sale. We uphold a strict policy of not acquiring wines from secondary sources and thus we are not a secondary wine market.

Are all of the wines on your website available?

At the Reserve Cellar, every bottle of wine listed with a price indicates that we have stock available for purchase. So, you can confidently place your order knowing that the wine you want is in stock.

How many different wines do you have?

The Reserve Cellar holds an inventory of over 4,000 different wines!

What is P.O.A?

Price on Application (P.O.A.) is a term used in sales listings, indicating that the price for a particular item, in our case, wine, is not always publicly disclosed.

Instead, interested parties are encouraged to contact us directly to inquire about the price.
