There is a touch of herbal tea character present in the spicy, pure, elegant and restrained earth-inflected red pinot fruit aromas. The dusty, textured, precise and palate-staining big-bodied flavours are still relatively tight on the linear and solidly long finish. This is still on the way up but not so far away from its apogee that it couldn't be enjoyed now.
