Francois Raveneau Chablis Butteaux 1er Cru 2009

This is completely different with its intense soil tones, green fruit and oyster shell notes, all of which can also be found on the relatively powerful, intense and stony middle-weight flavours that coat the palate with dry extract on the austere lemon-suffused and tension-filled finish. This excellent effort is quite dry in the context of the vintage.
