A slightly riper nose reveals notes of spiced yellow fruit and white flower aromas that merge seamlessly into the seductively textured, precise and beautifully well-detailed medium-bodied flavours that brim with dry extract. The almost salty finish is not quite as refined as the Folatières but it is more complex and slightly more persistent. This is clearly built-to-age and will need at least 6 to 8 years to be approachable and should amply reward from 12 to 15.
