Blain-Gagnard Chassagne-Montrachet La Boudriotte 1er Cru 2014

A mild touch of reduction is present on the otherwise ripe peach, pear and rosemary resin aromas though it's not enough to dominate them. There is exceptionally good richness and mid-palate density to the broad-shouldered flavours thanks to the abundant amount of dry extract that buffers the perfectly well-integrated supporting acidity that shapes the dry, clean and almost salty finish. Fine quality here.
