The 2014 Chambolle-Musigny Villages has a crisp, marine-influenced bouquet all with fine delineation, a mixture of red and black fruit that unfurl in the glass. The palate is medium-bodied with good salinity and grip on the entry, quite structured with a good backbone, leaning almost to a Morey Saint Denis-like classicism towards the lightly spiced finish.
