The 2014 Bourgogne Chardonnay, which sees around 15% new oak including 40% matured in demi-muids for 11 months, has a refined bouquet of light orange blossom and peachy scents that are nicely defined. The palate is rounded on the entry with peach and light mango notes, slightly lower in acidity than its peers but still balanced, smooth and harmonious on the finish. This will just slip down the throat! Lovely.
