Moderate reduction renders the nose difficult to assess. Otherwise, there is excellent intensity and even more volume to the solidly concentrated medium-weight flavours that coat the palate with sappy dry extract on the well-balanced finish that is both more complex and persistent. There is enough backend wood to warrant mentioning but I suspect that it will be rapidly absorbed.
