The ripe but airy aromas of both red and dark currant possess hints of Gevrey-style earth and underbrush. As is usually the case with Bel Air the middle weight flavours are quite fine with an elegant mouthfeel; indeed this is sleek and almost lilting on the lightly stony finish that offers very good length and solid if not truly sensational depth on the well-balanced finale. I quite like this and more depth will almost certainly develop over time.
