Vincent Mongeard commented that the 2015 growing season "presented only one real challenge, which was some oidium pressure but after that, it was pretty much stress-free. The conditions were hot and dry yet not extreme and thus by the time the harvest arrived the spotlessly clean fruit was ripe and very well-balanced. The vinifications were easy as the only concern was to avoid extracting too much tannin. Otherwise, there isn't anything else to comment upon other than 2015, in my view, is a genuinely great vintage in every respect."
