Tamar Ridge Single Block Pinot Noir 2015

A touch of barnyard holds its appeal, dried cherry, cranberry, and whiffs of walnut. The palate returns to savouriness, more of the powdered nut husk amongst dried cherry flavours. Chewy tannins are a big feature, almost Sangiovese-like and appealing. I like the charisma here.
