Offering up pretty aromas of white flowers, honeysuckle and peach, the 2017 Chablis 1er Cru Vaillons is medium-bodied, tangy and incisive, with a tight-knit core and a mineral finish. This was one of the Domaine's earliest harvested plots this year and that translates to one of the racier offerings in the range.
