Quite smoky and leesy still, this is an embryonic dry white with a featherweight body, but a lot of dried herbs, green-leaf tea, licorice and sea-salt character. With aeration, some peach emerges. Plenty of tannins here, and although they don’t dominate, the mineral finish is quite austere.
