Von Hovel Saar Riesling Kabinett 2019

Yum. Hard not to rush at this. Ripe green apple, honey, fresh mint and maybe a lavender perfume. It’s off-dry with a honeyed gloss, a crystalized violet mouth perfume, cool acidity, a fine powdery texture, and a long juicy perfumed finish. The guzzle factor is off the charts.
