E.Pira & Figli Chiara Boschis Dolcetto d'Alba DOC 2020

The Dolcetto grape we produce comes from the vineyards of our property, where we find typical soils of the Helvetian territory (of more ancient formation, calcareous-clayey with a shaded color towards very light gray and pink. Alternating we also find siliceous sandstones, calcium carbonate and iron.) The color is intense ruby red with purple reflections. The persistent floral and fruity aromas of violet and small red fruits give it pleasant immediacy. The contained tannins and the calibrated and elegant structure make it "the daily wine" par excellence, satisfying without being too demanding.
