Pike and Joyce Beurre Bosc Pinot Gris 2020

Nashi pear, pink grapefruit, red apple and a hint of minerality. Medium-bodied with a super crisp, mouth-watering finish. This Pinot Gris will have you coming back for more. Taking inspiration from the dry styles of Pinot Gris from Alsace. This vintage was slightly lower in yield, providing an excellent concentration of flavour. A small amount of the wine is fermented in barrel for complexity.
