Description

Typical indigenous Piedmontese white wine obtained from the same named vine, grown on the sandy of Roero hills. It is advised to consume this wine when it is young and at a temperature of 8-10°C. Made from 100% Arneis. The grapes are softly pressed without skins and left to ferment for 15 days in stainless steel with selected yeasts, then aged for about 6 months on lees.

Bel Colle is a benchmark producer from the historical comune of Verduno in Barolo. They farm 10 hectares with sustainable viticulture and eschew the use of any synthetic treatments, with the vineyards worked by hand & only organic preparations used. They are the proud custodians of some of the finest vineyards in the area including Monvigliero which is considered the Grand Cru of Verduno.
