With the 2021 vintage, Julian Huber has restructured his range, and the Breisgau 2021 is a regional wine for the entry into the magnificent Huber world. This wine from now on will be a mix of Pinot Blanc & Pinot Gris with the inaugural release showing delicate stone fruits with chalky minerality. Dark spices and cherry stones are also present. A brilliant wine that perfectly reflects the style of the winery and makes you want more.
It pairs beautifully with fresh fish dishes, shellfish and creamy cheeses. Also perfect with light appetizers and dishes based on chicken or grilled vegetables. An ideal choice for a refined and harmonious culinary experience.
Straw yellow color with golden hues. On the nose, notes of white pulp fruit emerge with a touch of hazelnut and a light smoky scent, enriched by delicate nuances of mushrooms, notes of pistachio and a hint of smoke.
On the palate a certain minerality, discreet persistence, fresh, finely juicy finish with a light acidity.
