Burn Cottage is a family owned, biodynamically farmed 10-hectare vineyard on a stunning 24- hectare property in the foothills of the Pisa Range in New Zealand’s Central Otago. Greatest care was taken when planting and vinifying to separate blocks according to soil, aspect and exposure differences.
