The Camille de Labrie Rosé from Chateau Croix de Labrie is aromatic and fresh, with a balanced and elegant dimension. This Rosé is made with a blend of 50% Grenache, 40% Cinsault, 5% Merlot, and 5% Marselan grapes, which are harvested manually at night to preserve temperature. It then results in this incredibly elegant and perfectly balanced wine, named for the winemaker’s daughter, who designed the label.
With its brilliant pale pink color, the Chateau Croix de Labrie Camille de Labrie Rosé has a fresh and aromatic approach on the nose, with floral and fruity notes. It has a medium body, and is crisp and fruity. On the palate, you get raspberries, black currant, grapefruit, candied apple, and rose petal.
Pair the Chateau Croix de Labrie Camille de Labrie Rosé with soft cheeses and light salads (think niçoise or chicken). It’s also great with grilled vegetables, and rich fish like salmon, or even with lamb or duck.
The colour is a bright pale pink. The nose is very fresh, aromatic with floral and fruity notes.
In the mouth we find notes of blackcurrant, crushed raspberries associated with exotic notes, ginger and grapefruit; with a fresh and aromatic finish.
