Slow cooked beef cheeks and seasonal vegetable sides
Deep, dark garnet red. Intensely aromatic, with notes of mulberry, blackcurrant, and mocha. Gorgeous and distinctly open.
It is very approachable, with darker cherries, cinnamon, and chocolate flavours flowing seamlessly through the palate. It is effortlessly pure, allowing immediate enjoyment, although it’s evident the pedigree of this site is built for time.
