Hints of white pepper and exotic yellow fruit can be found on the aromas of quinine and ripe pear that are trimmed in soft wood. There is once again good volume to the delicious medium-bodied flavors that possess a really lovely texture while delivering fine length on the youthfully austere, balanced, lingering and moderately dry finale.

Elegant and concentrated premier cru that has the florality and acidity associated with Vaillons, together with extra concentration from the old vines. Mineral and a touch of salinity on the finish. Elegant.
