Domaine Dugat-Py is a well-established organic wine producer based in the village of Gevrey-Chambertin. The family-owned estate is run by the husband-and-wife team Bernard and Jocelyne Dugat, along with their son, Loïc. Their wines are made with minimal intervention, and after time in oak barrels, they are bottled unfined and unfiltered.
This family has been growing grapes in Gevrey-Chambertin since the 17th century. Cuvée Hallinard is organically-farmed Pinot Noir, sourced from vines that range from 25 to 75 years old. This will cellar beautifully, but if you can't wait, you can enjoy it now—just decant it first.
