They are pursuing an Organic approach and have minimal sulphur added to their wines. 100% Muscat A Petit Grains The greatest of all the Muscat family of grapes, Muscat blanc is probably the oldest known wine-producing grape, being the first in prestigious areas such as Piedmont, Alsace and indeed France as a whole. Found throughout the Mediterranean and revered for its heavy perfume that attracts bees and flies, possibly explaining the name (Musca is latin for 'flies').
This late harvest Elodie muscat Moelleux is a fantastic introduction to sweet wine. Beaming with fresh aromas of exotic fruits balanced with a beautiful acidity, each layer revealing something new.
Aperitif, toast of foie gras and fig jam, lamb tagine, pavlova with dried fruits, lemon pie.
Clear and bright yellow colour, Complex and pleasant. Freshness with notes of white flowers jasmine, Verbena, followed by marked notes of apricot, mango, and white peaches with a touch of honeysuckle.
The palate introduces this intensely fruity but pure, almost crystalline vin moelleux. Made from 100% Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains, it's sumptuously sweet but freshly balanced with a well-balanced acidity Enjoy young to maximize its vitality and perfume.
