Gathered from meticulously chosen, organically cultivated vineyards along the northern banks of the Tanaro River in Roero, our grapes undergo a meticulous vinification process in stainless steel at precisely controlled temperatures. Aged for a duration of 10 months in expansive oak barrels, followed by an additional minimum of 12 months in the bottle before release, this wine is crafted to perfection, allowing its flavors and complexity to harmoniously meld and mature. Nebbiolo d'Alba is obtained from the vine of the same name, from grapes coming from the left side of the Tanaro river. It is put on the market after a year of refinement.
Diam cork.
Orange peel, rose hips, sour cherries and strawberries on the nose with a touch of rosemary. It’s medium-bodied, fresh and fruit-driven, with fine and tight tannins.
