A soft juicy style of shiraz that reflects the opulence of the Barossa. 7 days on skins. Gentle morning pump-overs were done so as not to extract too much tannin. Fermented in stainless steel, then transferred to barriques; 30% new French, with the balance in 3 and 4-year-old French oak. No fining or filtration.
