Vibrant ruby red in color, with delicate notes of violets and a medley of berries—raspberries, blackberries, cherries, and figs. Exhibiting a harmonious balance, it boasts elegant, velvety tannins, complemented by a lingering spiciness. Ideal for medium-term aging, it pairs exquisitely with pasta, roasts, grilled red meats, and pork dishes. The wine is aged for 10 months in oak barrels followed by 2 months in bottle before release.
