Gemini is both a cru and a reserve, born from the bunches of our best vineyards, planted in 1993. The vineyards surround our cellar and their production is about 60 ql per hectare. The grapes are harvested manually at the beginning of October after destemming fermentation begins. Our Gemini has the privilege of fermenting and maturing inside truncated conical vats of about 70 hl dedicated to him. In the same vat, we follow the alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation, and finally aging, as long as needed and generally never less than 36 months.
Sweet berries and cherries with some fresh flowers. Very aromatic. Full-to medium-bodied with firm, layered tannins that are polished and focused. The fruit is clean and pure. Gorgeous finish.
