A concentrated interplay of dried fruit and toasty notes, supported by very fine, well-integrated bubbles. Intense and gorgeous nose of figs, yellow plums, dates, ginger, preserved lemons and walnuts, with a touch of balsamic. Spicy, yeasty and concentrated, with brilliant complexity, a medium to full body and fine bubbles.
