Review

A concentrated interplay of dried fruit and toasty notes, supported by very fine, well-integrated bubbles. Intense and gorgeous nose of figs, yellow plums, dates, ginger, preserved lemons and walnuts, with a touch of balsamic. Spicy, yeasty and concentrated, with brilliant complexity, a medium to full body and fine bubbles.

Tasting Profile

Nose
The Champagne shows a pale yellow gold dress with light green yellow hints with silver shades. The rather dense disk makes fine and light bubbles bloom, creating a persisting neck label. The first nose reminds of smells of linden, cherry, gooseberry, pear, and red apple.
