Ripe white-fleshed fruits, spice, a fine lees complexity, and a youthful, fresh bouquet. Flavours on the palate include – white peach and lemon peel, a tangerine and saline layer, white flowers, and a fine leesy texture. Medium+ acidity, moderate alcohol, and balanced, lengthy finish. Made to enjoy upon purchase and through 2022+.
