Known as the “impossible wine” because of the steepness of the land from which its fruit was grown, the presence of underground, rocky seams, and outcrops that were thought to be insurmountable. In keeping with the traditional varieties of Bordeaux, this wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Malbec, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot.
