The Blanc de Blancs spent four years on its lees, featuring savoury biscuits, orange blossom and a hint of acacia honey on the nose, with an undertone of citrus freshness and peach. Saline and buttery on the palate, with white pepper and lively citrus tickling the tip of the tongue. The acidity sits at 7.7g/l, balanced by 9.5 g/l of residual sugar. Red apple peel bitterness and brioche linger on. Drink 2021 - 2026.
