Paritua Red Merlot Cabernet 2020

Dark core of purple and ruby hues with a fuchsia rim and some colour stained tears lead to a bouquet of concentration and power with blackberry and dark plum, barrel spices of clove and vanilla, iron-or soil and hard stone soil scents, violet and synergies of complexity from all that bouquet shows. A youthful and textured wine touches the palate first with a mixed berry flavour, firm tannins and acid line. As the wine begins to open out in glass the supple side begins to show with violets and plums then baking spices and toasty barrel highlights. Taut and youthful still so cellar time needed for this wine. Best drinking from 2026 through 2036+.
