Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey Bourgogne Blanc 2021
Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey is located in Chassagne-Montrachet, in the Côte de Beaune subregion in Burgundy. The estate was established in 2005 by husband and wife Pierre-Yves Colin (the son of Marc Colin) and Catherine Morey. They have holdings in several Premier Cru sites in Saint-Aubin and Chassagne-Montrachet and also buys grapes to make wine from several Grand Cru vineyards, including Bâtard-Montrachet and Corton-Charlemagne. In the cellar, Pierre-Yves Colin-Morey does not use the bâtonnage technique and favours lees contact and barrel-ageing.

From vines located in Meursault (40%), Puligny (15%), Chassagne (15%), and also Saint Aubin (30%). Made exactly like all the other wines, just a shorter elevage.
