The pinnacle in the Prieure Roch range with the holding in Chambertins famous Clos de
Béze which is amongst the finest Grand Cru plots in all of Burgundy. Vines are around 85 to
100 years old & the holding in this plot is one hectare. Elevage for 18 months in new oak.

Founded in 1988 by Henri Roch little information can be found on Prieure Roch wines which are legendary in and around Burgundy. They are biodynamically managed vineyards, the wines are simply about purity and are produced with minimal intervention. These wines are low yields and are extremely limited, very few if any professional reviews are written about these wines.
