Prophets Rock Home Block Pinot Noir 2021

The Prophet's Rock project was founded in 1999. Lifted, velvety Central Otago Pinot from the steep Rocky Point Vineyard in the Bendigo sub-region, full of spice, pepper and a touch of gaminess.

It's got Otago richness for sure, but the schisty soils impart a rocky, minerally feel to the palate, particularly on the graceful finish.
