Review

Bright, eve, pale yellow. Fine and persistent bead. The nose is soft with crisp apple, pear, peach and blossom. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, apple, pear and peach aromas are crisp and light, adorned by blossoms and a hint of citrus zest. The mouthfeel is clean and delicate, with crisp fruit and acidity, lending a refreshing, cleansing palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with seafood and pork loin over the next 2-3 years.
