Review

Eden Valley chardonnay, fermented in 500L puncheons (56% new) and matured with selected bâtonnage for 9 months before bottling. Pale straw in the glass with aromas of nectarine, white peach and citrus along with hits of soft spice, struck match, oatmeal, nougat, white flowers and stone. Clotted cream, vanillin oak and mealy notes join in on the creamy, mouth-filling palate, with a ripe buttery finish that trails off slowly.
