Coonawarra Cabernet at its finest, showcasing the individual vineyard characteristics of fruit grown on terra rossa soil over limestone in one of the regions great vineyards. Structural with regional blackcurrant fruit and long fine tannins to ensure a long life ahead of it.

The palate is expansive and very directional with pure dark fruit encased within a chalky tannin structure. Characteristic regional cool blue fruit flavours linger as fine tannins coat the palate.

Complex and intriguing, a combination of blackcurrant, dark violets, graphite, slate, and oak char.
