Relatively cool vintage with a lovely & even ripening period, resulting in great quality fruit. Destemmed & fermented in open fermenters. 10% whole bunch. 10 months in old oak. minimal sulfites added before bottling.
Soft & elegant tannins with fresh acidity that carries all the way through. A young & vibrant version of Cabernet Sauvignon.
