Embracing the Super-Tuscan style, this exquisite blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot undergoes a meticulous process: handpicked and sorted grapes, followed by a gentle press and destemming into stainless steel vats for a temperature-controlled, natural yeast fermentation. Macerated for 16-18 days with frequent pump overs to extract vibrant color and supple tannins, the wine matures gracefully in barriques for 15 months, a harmonious blend of French and American oak, with 40% imparting the allure of new barrels.
A robust and compact aromatic profile unfolds with a notable sensorial progression, evoking scents of black plums, blackberries, ground cinnamon, juniper berries, sandalwood, and dark chocolate.
