Harvested by hand in boxes of 15 kg., Selection in the field and table before entering the winery. Maceration and fermentation for around 20 days, with a maximum temperature of 30 ºC in stainless steel tanks and vats. Alcoholic and manolactic fermentation occur naturally, the latter being for 3 months. Aged for 3 months in barrels.
Very bright and transparent characters to this with blackberry, cherry and light walnut characters.
Medium-bodied with light yet firm tannins and a linear finish. Nice tension. From organically grown grapes. Drink now.
