This Pinot Noir is a showstopping display of what natural Pinot can look like in Victoria: all juicy, velvety, and earthy character, somewhere between glou-glou and serious sipper. It's a mix of organically-farmed Mornington Peninsula and King Valley fruit, fermented with wild yeasts and seeing minimal intervention in the winery.
Bottled unfiltered and unfined, ready to drink now but will develop over the coming years.
