David Duband Charmes-Chambertin Grand Cru 2015

The wood treatment is much, much more subtle and easily allows the reserved array of red berries, and various floral and earth scents to shine. The round, supple and delicious medium-bodied flavours display controlled power and focus that continues onto the tautly muscular finish where a touch of warmth appears. This is pretty and a wine of quality but it doesn't have the depth of material of the best here.
