This too is quite cool with its pure and elegant nose that features plenty of classic Chablis character as well as abundant floral elements that are laced with nuances of wood toast, wet stone, oyster shell and smoky mineral reduction. There is good energy, cut and minerality to the middle-weight flavours that possess a really lovely sense of underlying tension while displaying outstanding length on the firm and balanced finale that is a bit less youthfully austere than usual.
