Latta Jurassique Blanc 2020

Generous in flavour but a river of saline, tart acidity coursing through the wine. White flesh pear, pink grapefruit, cashew, smoky spice, and cookie dough characters in perfume and palate. Supple texture, good flow, bright finish, and lots going on in this wine. Gentle feel with a prickly core of tang, a good rendition of Chardonnay in that way. Very interesting, very very delicious.
