That passion led her to establish Bellebonne to solely focus on creating Australia’s best sparkling wine.
Tasmanian oysters and fresh local produce
Wine of purity which speaks of the landscape and seasons that have shaped it. Bellebonne is born from the belief that Tasmanian sparkling wine captures our island’s extreme beauty in a glass. Pure Tasmanian- 60% Chardonnay, 40% Pinot Noir. Palest gold. Complex and inviting aromas of strawberries and cream, lightly toasted hazelnuts, ginger spice and honeysuckle. It surrounds the palate with full, ripe fruit, the flavours gaining confidence.
