With Tasmania's beauty and strength captured in a bottle, Bellebonne Bis is about absolute floral and fruit gorgeousness. The aromas are a melody of strawberry, Turkish delight, and rose petals. The palate is elegant and long with textures of fresh cream, brioche, and delicate fruit. 'Bis' is French for 'the space in-between', which encapsulates the process and inspiration it took to make this exquisite non-vintage rosé.
A sparkling rosé of 58/37/3% pinot noir/chardonnay/pinot meunier from Tasmania's Tamar Valley, Pipers River and East Coast. A blend of three vintages: 2019, ’20 and ’21. Winemaker Nat Fryer says a sparkling winemaker's most important wine is their NV, as it is what they will be judged on. Super pretty salmon colour and superfine bubbles. A beautiful detailed bouquet of red berries, gentle spice and crème fraîche, almond blossom and light pastry notes. Great mineral energy with pitch-perfect balance and a composed sense of calm and harmony on the finish. Lovely.
