It bridges the gap between the regional Yarra Valley wines and his Single Vineyard expressions, and wonderfully highlights the sub-regional differences of the Yarra. This outstanding Chardonnay release is both tense and plush, with intense citrus and spice flavours, a deep fruit core, and a fine minerality that guides a long, powerful finish. Classy, concentrated Chardonnay does not have to be big and buttery, and this is proof positive.. Loved it.
